The stuff I ordered showed up when they said it would. That's about the only positive thing I can mention. Not everything I ordered was included, and some of the products were past their expiration date. Getting a refund turned out to be a hassle, and I had to deal with PayPal to sort it out... I ain't planning on shopping with this company again, and I strongly suggest you think about doing the same.

The delivery of the products was top-notch. Everything arrived in great shape and on time. Really impressed with how smooth the whole process was!

Products are reasonably priced and the delivery to my UK address was super fast (I placed my order from the Philippines). Big shoutout to AOS!

That said, using the mobile app for checkout is a bit of a hassle - it keeps reverting to the desktop version and clears the cart. I ended up having to redo everything on the desktop, which eventually did the trick. I’m confident AOS will sort this out soon enough.

Solid items, reasonable costs, and decent service.

The prices are super low, the customer service is great, and the quality of the bargains is really impressive.

I'm happy with the stuff I got, but there was a hiccup with the delivery time. Not sure how long the courier held onto the refrigerated items, but they’ve got a bit of a bad smell now.

2 packs of Aroy-D Coconut Milk 400ml (GOT THEM)
1 pack of Nishiki Rice Musenmai (Medium Grain) 2.5kg (DIDN'T GET IT)
2 packs of Datu Puti Value Pack (Soy Sauce 1L and Vinegar 1L) (GOT THEM)
3 packs of Frozen Pepper Leaves (Dahon ng Sili) 227g (ONLY GOT TWO, AND THEY WERE MELTED, LEAKING, AND SMELLING BAD; HAD TO DISPOSE OF THEM)

I reached out via email and phone to voice my concerns, but I got no reply whatsoever. There was no notification about the missing item, yet I WAS STILL CHARGED THE FULL PRICE. THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!

I usually turn to them for big work events when I need something particular, and they've consistently come through for me. I definitely recommend them and will be back for more in the future.
